Not necessarily. They could go back to their home base to recharge during lunch. Or they can recharge their equipment using their clients' electrical outlets. Make that equipment recharging part of the cost f landscaping work. If there is a will there is usually a way.

since when is people giving opposing opinions equal to getting riled up? you want to limit negative opinions to only the people directly harmed by actions then you will never help the rights of minorities.

what about the people in maplewood and business that oppose this law? the concept of majority rule is tyranny. 51% of the town has no business telling the other 49% what they can or cant do.

Isn't that what a democracy does? Majority rule, did the town council need a simple majority or 2/3 to get that?

Didn't a Supreme court justice just get appointed with only 51 votes?

Don't we have a President who didn't even get 50% of the vote? I guess if someone living in Maplewood doesn't care for the law, they can get involved in local politics and change it.

exactly. "majority rule" is tyranny.

you shouldnt need to join a criminal entity to change it from the inside.

btw, of the ~231 million people eligible to vote in America, only about 63 million voted for trump. so the president only theoretically represents about 27% of the population.

So if majority rule is tyranny, what's a better system, anarchy?

Everyone does their own thing, so your neighbor decides he's going to have a garbage company next door and park the trucks on his lawn, next to yours. That's OK?

Plus they start those noisy, stinky, diesel engines, (it's anarchy so no smog laws) up (right next to your bedroom window) at 4 am because the garbage men start early. That's OK, because zoning laws are tyranny.

So if we have a majority vote to reinstate slavery and it passes we either abide by it otherwise it would be anarchy?

Extreme analogy but think about it. 51 percent should not be making decisions for the other 49.

First ,pretty sure this is not the thread topic. So question to you, you think a small number of people should decide everything for everyone? How does "minority rule"?
