Considering moving to the Grande at Riverdale, NJ. Questions. Tilcon Quarry blasting and processing. How often do they blast. Effects - noise, vibration, dust, damage? Ditto for the gravel processing. How's the management co.? What's the story on a lawsuit against builder? Noise from adjacent apartments? Are residents friendly? Thanks.

I don't know about the quarry but get a top floor if you don't want to hear your neighbors walking on top of you
