I am looking at condos in westampton courts. Is anyone familiar with this development?

Single Mom - need it to be safe.

Westampton is OK. There's not much trouble there. The only thing I would warn you of is the High School. The kids go to Rancocas Valley. They have some really great programs, and have a lot to offer, but there is a lot of trouble there too. So just check into that. With that said.....if it weren't for the High School...I'd live there.

How old is your child and is there a reason you want a condo verses a house?

I have no idea why I am considering a condo. I guess price and convenience. I am worried about Roncocas Valley High School. Is it really that bad?

Oops, didn't answer the question. My son is 8. He is going into 4th grade next year. Definetly don't want to move him there and then have to switch schools again because the highschool is no good.

It's not Camden or anything, but Mt Holly isn't the nicest town.

If I were looking for a Condo/Townhouse, I'd probably look in Mt Laurel, there are a million of them, and you'd be in a much better k-12 district.

Hi there,

I teach in Willingboro, just down the street (I think) from Westampton Courts. I live in Mt. Laurel, less than 10 min away. In my area - Larchmont - 2 Br condos are going for $169-175k. There are some nicer ones going for more, but I really can't complain about the area.
The other posters are right about Rancocas Valley (RVRHS).

Thanks! I REALLY appreciate this information. I will check out Mt. Laurel. I am also a teacher. I will spend some time in Mt. Laurel over Spring Break.
