House hunting (Oakland: schools, to move, budget)

Looking to move soon but not sure where to look. Most important are schools all thoe my kids are only 1 and 3 but i woul like not have to move agin because of schools. I am interested inringwood, wanaque, oakland, butler, kinnelon area . Any floods in these areas? How about schools? Oohhh pompton lakes nad pompton plains i heard there are a cancer causing chemicals in the water is that true? Will appreciate any help please.

Out of those towns I would pick Oakland

Schools are ok to good depending on town. There are flooding concerns in areas of almost all of the towns in the area.

The question is overly broad to get much useful advice from people.
