well looking at the houses in east brunswick, there are no trains nearby, is this accurate? closest i saw was either new brunswick or jersey ave - please advise.

The most convenient commute to the city is via bus.

Thats right New Brunswick is the closes train station but East Brunswick does have a Bus transportaion center. Other that that East Brunswick is a great place to live. I grew up there.

East Brunswick is a bus town with two bus stations. If you want a train New Brunswick is not too far but it all depends on what time you leave to see how long it will take you to get to New Brunswick. New Brunswick from the Southern part of East Brunswick takes 15 - 20 minutes by car but can take upwards of 30 minutes during rush hour because of all the CONSTRUCTION!
