Default maple leaf condo

I wanted to respond to the couples who are looking to move into the Maple Leaf condos. I have been living there since Sept2007. I have not had a problem or any issues with anyone or the complex. The staff there keep you updated with all upcoming events. They keep the grounds clean and spotless. Once you are in your own home, you should not be worry about what may take place around you. Things has happen in some of the" so called" safe neighborhoods. I have both family and friends who live in this complexs for 10 years or more. I hope that you will find what you are looking for. Good Luck.

I lived in Brick for 7 years and sorry, but, we all knew to stay away from Maple leaf. Lots of problems, lots of police, lots of violence ( most domestic some not domestic related). Had known someone who knew that was the place to go for a "fix" if you know what I mean. I'd keep looking at different areas in Brick. I loved Brick, and TR.

Is MapleLeaf the new name for the Sawmill condo's? We used to live behind there in Millbrook Manor (Creek Road). Even back in the 80's that section up front was bad news. Not really violent, but lots of police calls in there.

Lots of displaced lower income people from Lakewood moving in. It looks decent but beware.

Hi, I see you live in Brick and I'm thinking of relocating there in the spring from the Woodbridge area. I see there are the type of homes I'm looking for which is a ranch. Can you tell me about some of the areas and how is the traffic situation there? I see it's a safe town, near the parkway and beach. I don't care about the schools as we are empty nesters. Thanks!!!
