After seeing all of these tax threads, where would you guys say the cheapest taxes are. After looking for many years, I still have yet been able to answer this question.

Middlesex County
The cheapest in Middlesex County are Monroe Twp or at least that's what the wind bag mayor keeps claiming anyway...

Warren county would be White Twp. - they have the lowest tax rate out this way.

I lived in Southampton, in the towns that have the lower taxes many are not considered "great" places to live. Southampton is a great place with low taxes and a newer high school in the Lenape district.
Southampton has limited growth due to the pinelands, and a large senior citizens population in Leisuretown.
Now if you have to be on top of shopping maybe it is not for you.
Southampton and Vincentown are the same town. Vincentown is the town center/main street.

Lowest taxes in New Jersey.... What is that? Why would you want low taxes anyway don't you believe in big government, local taxes to support programs to make your town more "sustainable" and solar panels on all the roofs of your schools. State aid programs that never come thru and then they raise the taxes to make up for it. AHHHHH New Jersey the tax payers worst state and an example to the rest of America don't keep taxing you get nothing but more government and no results. Give me back my money and my Individual freedom.

South River is cheaper I think. Ours were $4000 last year. 40+x200 lot, 3br, 2.5 bath colonial in a nice neighborhood.
