I have no experience with Stratford or this builder. Just remembering reading some threads about this builder and they weren't good. Plus many felt that Stratford was a housing bubble being well overpriced.

It not all bad. Not sure what you mean with contract in builders favor? When we signed, the builder was flexible and included things we wanted.
