Diner in Freehold help? (mall, park, area)

Which diner is closest to Freehold Raceway Mall?
I have to meet someone not familiar with the area (I am not too familiar with Rt 9 either) and I see there are a few diners nearby. looking for one on route 9-- which one is closer?

looks like All Seasons and Park Nine are the choices if you know of another let me know please?

All Seasons is the closest. Exit the mall to 33 east to Rt. 9 north.

I know there used to be Empire and Golden Bell which were pretty good, but they are both gone now.
