Do they give you interest : ))) It is a shame that it has gotten to be so expensive to live here. Years ago you just sold and moved west to get a cheaper home now it's South.
Stay Wiley...stay!!
Ga isn't home, not to us yankees anyway
I really wish more people thought like you when we were still living in New Jersey! I tried to "do" something, to mobilize people, but many "talked the talk", but didn't "walk the walk"!
Too bad...I really liked New Jersey.
I here you...Let's march on trenton! And you'll get, "I can't this month as soccer season has started and my other son starts babe ruth...." We are too busy with our "small lives" to actually go and do something about it and our Government knows this! They like keeping us small.
it's a stressful situation constantly thinking about "is this the right decision?" I have family that already moved to SC and altough the cost of living is less down there, it's not the same. I don't mind grits for breakfast but I still like my toasted bagel w/ cream cheese or a nice slice of pizza....and I don't mean Pizza Hut or Domino's either. and I'm sure the local county fairs are nice down there, but I still like to go into the city and catch a show or go to a game at yankee's stadium against the Red Sucks. I know Friday night lights is a big thing down south but I left high school back in the 80's. As far as voting, I'm going to vote for change and if it doesn't change in the next 4 years, I'll vote again until I get the change that I want.
How's that been working for you so far? At 4 years/vote, you're likely to be dead before any real change in NJ politics occurs.......
I have a feeling I won't have a choice but to stay. Guess I'll go and apply for that "Welcome to Walmart" position so I can afford my taxes : ))
I am contemplating a home based business as well, Anyone interested in a direct marketing database guru's expertise?....I don't think I have the right attitude to be greeting people at Walmart LOL (see my original post's final paragraph)
Let's face it! Anyone worth voting for would never run. You have to be an ego maniac to want to be involved in politics - hence the reason it is typically male orientated : )) We need a good business leader... with street smarts and hands on experience! And no not the kind of "hands on experience" McGreevey or Spitzer have applied.

Isn't that the platform Corzine ran on? "I ran Goldman Sachs, so I can surely run the state" or some such crap. Yeah, how's that working out????
Hmmmm...in that case.....could there be a Buffet/Gates ticket?
