Any Horse People In Browns Mills Area
I have found prospective properties to buy in the Ridge Road area off of South Lakeshore Drive. I found the area is zoned Residential R-1 Agricultural (that's what the zoning office told me). I don't know if there are any minimum acreage requirements.
My question is if there are any trails in that vicinity for walking, riding etc. On satellite views, all I can mostly see is woods. I have not been out there since a little girl.
Since I am disabled and it is hard for me to drive around looking at properties, I would need to concentrate my energy on those who, in effect, have already shown that they contain certain things we are looking for.
I really don't know how to word this. If anyone is familiar with this specific region and can tell me a bit more about having horses, safety, etc., I would be most appreciative. Sorry I can't express this any better, but hopefully people will understand what I am getting at.
Thank you.

Sorry I can't seem to find it. What thread was it under? I'm not too bright when it comes to these boards and finding stuff.

It's been a while since I did any land planning but I believe R-1 means Residential - 1 acre minimum lot size. And Agricultural means farming approved but don't quote me : )

The one thing I would worry about is it's closer to the base. Some of the streets over there are pretty noisy with the planes landing. My neighbor's sister lives over there, I went with him to pick up a motorcycle & couldn't believe how much quieter Country Lakes is compared to over there.

That's basically what the zoning officer meant, I think!
