This is a shame, you're not even safe pulling into own driveway....

Men threatened to kill my 13-year-old daughter, dad says of driveway carjacking | NJ.com

It does serve as a reminder to those moving to certain areas that you don't need to live in a hood; the hood will gladly come to you......

car was found in, where else, the city that is improving. Same city where the news just reported a 60 year old nurse was stabbed outside the hospital.

Just last week a woman was murdered in front of her nephew during a car jacking.

I wouldn't be surprised to find out if the criminals were part of our revolving doors of justice.

Thank you Cory Booker and other democrats for making Newark such a fine place.

Now keep spreading the news that criminals bear no responsibility for committing crimes. It’s the Caucasian and Asian racists of Millburn who are responsible for all the crimes the good people of Newark commit.

I suspect that poor little girl is going to need a long time to get over this.

It must have been the first violent offense for those two guys or they wouldn't have been able to obtain their NJ firearm ID card.

Unfortunately the communities of Short Hills, Millburn, etc are upper middle class to wealthy, they are also easy pickings for the hood rats in Newark with the easy access via 78 and 24, that's the unfortunate part.

Is anyone surprised the car was found in Newark???

Yes. This one crime will easily knock about 50% off real estate prices in Millburn.

So none of you find this strange? The family says they were not followed yet a group of strangers just appear at their driveway at 2 am when they are coming home after 5 days away, really? As was stated Short Hills is the type of place where a car with strangers inside just hanging out would be noticed,Nope and the section of Short Hills doesn't make sense, just a few blocks away they could get a car from a home that you couldn't see from the road, nope ,makes no sense and why Short Hills ,the road is nowhere near the Mall Mapelwood or West Orange make better locations for a "car jacking" standpoint.
