Excuse my "how to open the URL above" that I just posted. Once I posted it, it was able to open just as HalfFull does it.

Jersey City. Tonnele Circle. Right lane to the ramp of the Pulaski Skyway. Red light has a green arrow. When the green arrow light goes out there is only a red light (No Red Arrow light)(No "No turn on red" sign). Can you legally make the right on red if all is clear?

That area is like a little slice of Mad Max, everything goes (this applies to much of the Pulaski and environs). But even in other places if there's no "No Turn On Red" it's legal to turn right on red. Except NYC.

The other day I saw someone honk at a guy in this exact situation. Guy was a big Asian dude came out of his car, and punched his fist into the window of the car behind him and shattered the window. Threw the guy out of the window, left him there and then took the right on a red light.

No , it was a women driver.
