The same thing would have happened to her coming into Maryland.

If you want to own a gun and have a concealed carry permit and travel to different states frequently, I think you should be aware of the laws pertaining to firearms. Now I don't approve of the way the woman was allegedly treated by the police.

It's pretty simple, when your in our state obey our laws.

And when our sanitation drivers are exporting our trash to Pennsatucky they will in turn do the same.....

The 2nd amendment to the US Constitution states that "..the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

I guess that doesn't apply to citizens of New Jersey. And regarding New Jersey's "municipal waste," I thought that the liberal philosophy mandated recycling and using less of everything.

And the prosecutor. Wasn't she initially looking at something like 10 years? I remember the prosecutor was pushing for the max.

Technically NJ laws don't infringe on that right. NJ just doesn't make it easy and under Murphy and the Democratically controlled legislature, it isn't going to get any easier. First you have to submit an application, then get finger printed. Then have people vouch for you. Then you get your permit. If the police don't want a gun in their town, they'll try to find a reason to deny it. Or they'll sit on your application. Then when you finally do get your gun, you have some very weird laws you need to follow. Screw up and they'll crucify you.
