If I was a cop on patrol, the sight of a car that is parked with 2 wheels up on the curb would lead me to think that there could well be a drunk or drugged driver behind the wheel. I don't think that it is unreasonable for a cop to take a closer look if he/she sees a car parked in that haphazard manner.

I don't disagree. It's what he needed to do to get his car out of the road and not block traffic. Otherwise he would have gotten a ticket for blocking a roadway
I suppose he could have continued driving aimlessly to look for a parking lot to pull into. The proverbial "no win" situation.

He could of gave you a ticket so why would you insult him, you got off. As for tints I noticed more people have them now that you can pass inspection with them but you could still get a ticket I do nothing to increase my chances of being pulled over.
