As much as I care about my kids getting a good education as far as academics are concerned, which school districts in NJ are making sure kids get enough outdoor recess time, healthy lunches, etc? I don’t believe in bogging kids down at night with a ton of homework either. I have been able to find school lunch menus online pretty easily but what about the other areas? Thanks.

I don't think outdoor recess time is an activity that many parents research before choosing a school district, so it's unlikely you'll find that online unless you ask about a specific town. Also, the homework thing is subjective so I would just concentrate on the objective metrics, but that's just my opinion.

Yeah I guess many people aren’t that concerned about it, or there’s no way to rate this aspect of school but articles like the one below really upset me! I don’t think there’s enough attention on these issues...
