I know, it is bizarre. They say the same thing about Oakland, which is smaller but has a similar geography. It floods BY THE RIVER, a tiny area in either town. I don't get how these people think all the houses on those steep roads in either town are being flooded. Is basic gravity not being grasped here? Elementary school failure.

And...there are rivers and streams all over NJ! Even in towns like Ridgewood! I know!

Property taxes scare me away from Wayne, not floods, lol. They are ridiculously high, even by NJ standards. You would think all the retail ratables would help.
