Default Moving to New Jersey

Hi,
My family will be moving to NJ. I got a job in NYC Manhattan area. I am looking for a good location to stay, from which the commute time is 30 minutes to NYC Manhattan area. The Place should also have good public schools and indian stuff should be available. Kindly advice me. Thanks.

Goo-- are you looking to buy? rent? What do you mean by Indian stuff?

That may help.

If you are looking for a half hour commute, you should start in Hoboken.

The closest area to NYC with a huge indian population and good schools would probably be Edison. If you go 10 more minutes south, East Brunswick might work for you as well but there is more of an indian poplulation in Edison.

This isn't what's meant.

What is your budget? How much of a commute are you willing to tolerate?

Edison is definitely your best bet for Indian culture; although the commute will be longer than a half hour.

Thanks but kindly suggest a place where the commute will be close to 30 minutes even though if there is no indian grocery store near by.

Start in Hoboken; you can hop on the path right over to NYC; the rent of course will be much higher
