Homeowners insurance premium?
What do you guys pay for homeowners insurance wind, hail, structural? Is it really only 1000$ a year for a 400K house not by the water?

I pay $100 a year for a 1600 square foot condo and about $250 (I think) for a 2500 square foot home.
