Congrats. We use Cablevision for cable, internet and phone (optimum online). They had to come here and set it up but it wasn't a big deal. Agree with Ira, the Ridgewood News and Bergen Record.

Ridgewood seems like a great town, and the few restuarants I have tried so far are amazing.
But it has not been easy sailing. My apartment in downtown Ridgewood does not have hot water, no polls in the closests (easily fixed), and Optimum Cable and Versizon can not provide any internet service. I was told plumbers will get to me in a week, but the no internet thing could be a deal breaker. What other options are their for internet when you building is not wired for cable and Verizon is currently out of DSL subscriptions in Ridgewood? |

Ridgewood is the spot to be. I used to hang out at The Office and a bar across the street from the railroad station, can't remember the name. They have a cool Irish pub there too.
