Cookman Ave area near the train station. Any comments or suggestions good or bad would be welcomed. I used to go to Ocean Grove and it's right next to it, and also cycle through there a lot, but you really never know until you talk to people who live there...

Thanks!

Ray

I think they are planning to renovate the boardwalk which will be great. Also you are by the Stone Pony. They have different summer festivals and family days. Good luck with your move.

I'm needing a reliable person to share my 4 br house a short walk from the beach and the train station! Very reasonable rent in nice but not 'grand' home. Let me know if you are interested!

Cookman, from Main St. east is going through a bit of a resurgence. New restaurants, stores. Much nicer than the rest of Asbury.

Should be OK, town is getting better all the time.
Still kind of quiet, but lots going on.
Lots of construction, a few of the new places will be occupied in the next few months. Still some problems. Have a look at the thread.

Asbury Park?

Lots of pictures of the area.
