Hi, I am trying to get advice on the South Wall area specifically Apple Ridge or Orchard Crest developments with a Manasquan zip code. Folks seem to move within Wall from North wall to south wall, not sure why? We are looking for a nice house with a pool or space for a pool and have narrowed down to those 2 developments in South Wall twp or the section of Brielle near Manasquan town. Brielle being smaller there is less available that meets our requirements of 4 br, basement and pool.
Is Brielle worth waiting for due to being closer to the beach (investment wise) or is it an equally a safe bet buying in those two communities of Apple ridge or Orchard Crest, which feed into Wall? I’ve heard “just as long as you are in south wall you are fine” comments, but I don’t know how to read into that comment. You can inbox me if you have info or first hand experience.
We aren’t concerned about a bigger town or a small town we just are super concerned about the stability of our home investment. Thank you in advance!

Go to Spring Lake or Sea Girt. If you can afford Brielle you can swing those two towns.

Apple Ridge was considered rich people back when I was a Crimson Knight.
