Hi!

Looking at properties in BH. How is the commute to Elizabeth (for me) and to New Brunswick (for my husband. He had more flexibility time wise so can leave later.

2. What parts to avoid for flooding and is that even a concern?

3. How safe is the area and looking for a diverse population.

thanks for any input!

I think BH, Berkeley Heights, would be high enough upland to not have much of any flooding.
Safety not much of any concern either. Don't personally know about diversity.
