Default Property taxes in Brick, Toms River NJ area?

Can anybody here please fill me in on how much the property taxes would average on a 300,000 home in Brick NJ & also Toms River NJ?

Also what is the sales tax there?

of course property taxes vary depending on size and land. it should run you around $4000/year. sales tax is 7%. nearby lakewood is a uez zone so sales tax is 3.5%

In Brick, try almost $6,000/year and going up in January.

Come down to Lacey where the average tax bill is around $4000.

coming from somerset count down to brick my taxes went down quite a bit and we have a house double in size and almost an acre and yes it is over 6,000.....but honestly i feel it is worth it....

If you have a house in mind you can look it up on zillow. The taxes part of it are usually accurate
