Can anybody here please fill me in on how much the property taxes would average on a 300,000 home in Brick NJ & also Toms River NJ?

Also what is the sales tax there?

Thanks

It is so sad that $6000/year is a rather "cheap" amount of taxes to pay in this state!

If you have a house in mind you can look it up on zillow. The taxes part of it are usually accurate
