Default Downtown Rutherford area
Hi,

I am looking to move close to (if possible) the Park Ave area in Rutherford. I want to be able to take a bus to Port Authority. Is this a nice place for a young professional? It seems like a nice, safe, cute place..thanks!

I used to live in the apts at 405 Park Ave. Loved the location! Quick commute into NYC. Some really nice restaurants in the area too.

Rutherford downtown area is safe (police station nearby). Nice area indeed. I work in E. Rutherford and its proximity to the city via bus or train is perfect. I recommend it.

Not sure about a bus but I believe so...don't quote me though.

As for the area....very safe, lots to do...close proximity to everything!

This is a great place for a Young Professional. It is a quick commute to the city either by Bus or by Train. The Park Ave strip has some cute stores as well as some nice restaurants. You will be close to NYC & Hoboken for going out and you are located just off Route 17, Route 3 and the Turnpike so it is easy to get anywhere you need to. It is a safe town with nice people.
