Hey All!

We are hoping to buy a condo in the Mt. Laurel area when we sell our house in the Spring. We are looking at Brittany Commons/Meadows & Lakes, Le Club, The Lakes, etc. Anything that is very accessible to the Rt. 295 exit for Creek Rd/Rancocas Woods to head North to Princeton, daily.

In reviewing the listings right now in order to get a feel for the area, I see quite a bit of condos currently that have been listed all summer and have not been sold. This concerns us as the condo we buy will be temporary (5 years or less). As such, we are looking for advice on resale value, buying advice for condos in this area and if there are any real estate agents who specialize in the Mt. Laurel condominiums, that would be great, too!

Thanks!

Try posting your questions in the NJ suburbs of Philadelphia sub forum.

We have several friends and collegues who do that daily commute, some hate it and some don't mind it.
