Default Considering a move to NJ Opinions?

We currently reside in Northeast Philadelphia and my husband works in Cherry Hill. We are definitely leaving Philadelphia. We are considering Delaware County and also New Jersey. We would like to keep his commute to no more then 45 minutes. We have a rather small budget of no more then 150. Any suggestions of areas we could look into. I know our price range limits us but we are basically just looking for a nice neighborhood with good schools. And to avoid massive taxes. Not sure if a place like this exists in Jersey but any help would be appreciated

I don't know anything about the area, but it looks like there are quite a few condos in your price range in cherry hill...

Here's one of them.

I think you will be pushed to find any value in Jersey right now, although I don't know South Jersey well. I would imagine that you could find more affordable options in Pennsylvania - that's why New Jersians have moving there!

I would recommend the Delran NJ area. The area isnt that expensive and is great. It is very safe, and the residents are kind. The schools are great and there are alot of shopping centers in the area.

Anything in Collingswood that is in your price range is most likely in the "bad" side of Collingswood near Camden. Believe me, you don't want to live near Camden.

After moving out of north Philly I assure you that is an understatement But the 2 we were looking at needed work which we could do. Still going back and forth between Delaware County And NJ. Hopefully the right answer will pop up soon.
