I hope that those two guys caught in that mess were OK.
Being serious you can tell from the video that those racks were not installed correctly or bolted to the floor . The force that it got from the fork the racking should have been able to sustain it.
You can see the the operator was sitting down but most Forks like that are what they call a stand up reach fork and usually have outriggers on them so they don't tip over when turning ,you can tell this didn't have those becuase they would have hit the racks first . Pretty sure the two people on the floor were ok but the operator took a big hit and I don't know what the product is so I was worried about him.
