First of all it's my fiancee who attends Seton Hall, who happens to be a she. Also, no trust funds here-it's called hard work and scholarships. However, I deliberately chose Rutgers because the graduate credits are literally half the price. Next, you're a bit off the mark. I don't think I've ever worn a sweater vest, but I'm a terror at Flamingo Golf on Long Beach Island

That's me. Just another New Jerseyan who hates the outdoors...

First of all...what the hell is a guy doing with a user name like "badfish"? If that does not have "gender identity issues" written all over it, I don't know what does. Second, all the good grades and hardwork on Earth can't make up for high costs. Look at Portland State University and the University of Washington in Seattle, and compare prices.

Also, 99.999% of Jersyians do indeed DESPISE being out of doors...I should know, as I have lived in this hell hole my whole life.

BINGO!

When you grab a hold of me
You tell me that I'll never be set free
I'm a parasite
Creep and crawl I step into the night
Two pints of booze
Tell me are you a Badfish too? Are you a Badfish too?
Ain't got no money to spend
I know the night will never end
Lord knows I'm weak
Won't somebody get me off of this reef

Baby your a big blue whale
Grab the reef when all duck diving fails
I swim but wish I never learned
The water's too polluted with germs
I dive deep when it's ten feet overhead
Grab the reef underneath my bed
Ain't got no quarrels with god
Ain't got no time to grow old
Lord knows I'm weak
Won't somebody get me off of this reef

Ain't got no quarrels with God
Ain't got no time to grow old
Lord knows I'm weak
Won't somebody get me off of this reef

What do the words "Bad" and "Fish" (or the combination thereof) have to do with gender identity? Good lord this is hilarious...

"like, ohh my gawd! Like I summer at the Hamptons too!...ohh shut-up! I am sooo getting a Lexus for my eighteenth birthday party..."
Have you actually been to Cape May or ever known anyone who grew up there? I think you're referring to the children of people who own summer homes there...not who are year-round residents.

I am also quite partial to any and all Asian food, except Indian...smelling Islin and Edison on numerous occasions have left me with a bias against curry.

Also, IF YOU WOULD EVER STOP BEING A TYPICAL JERSYIAN AND READ SOMETHING, YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND THE USERNAME!

Ever hear of a fellow named William Gibson? Well, he wrote a book called "The Difference Engine" allong with Bruce Sterling that gave rise to the FANTASTIC sci-fi subgenre of "steampunk." Part alternative-history, part sci-fi, part crime drama, it is all about the same rebelious heroes (or anti-heroes) MASSIVE megacompanies reminescent of anarcho-capitalism, multi-national crime organizations and spellbinding visualls of cyberpunk but told in an age of Victorian/Edwardian/industrial Europe and America, taking technology as far as it could go WITHOUT electricity...which is, suprisingly, quite far.
Charles Babbage's own Difference Engine, which he never finished, would have been more advanced than anything build until the age of Alan Turing! (that is, post WWII) and he designed it in 1822!...

Alas, the average Jersyian has no use for history, and cannot read his/her way through a book of matches. Unless it's school season, and the college students need to buy required reading, I am the only one in Barnes and Nobles under age of fifty every time I go there. Anyhow, what is steampunk?...

Huh, Can you dumb the words down a little. My Jersey City public school education and the pot smoking stunted my brain growth so I really don't want to dig up a dictionary right now.

Okay, mamabee, you got me there. I have only seen Cape May in the summer, so yes, those were probably just the preppies "summering" and they were probably better that they couldn't have a real WASPy summer home somewhere like Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard.

So, you make your user name an obscure reference to some to some cheesy band from the 90s, and yet you have the nerve to make fun of mine which is obviously a reference to Steam/clockpunk fiction? Okay.

Coming from the one who hates sunlight....

First, Sublime sucks. Second, compared the prices of Seton Hall and Rutgers to PSU and UW. Obviously, one does NOT have to be a trust-fund baby like 99.9% of Rutgers students (and I have lived in the New Brunswick area most of my life, so I know) to go to PSU or UW. University of Washington actually has a "anti-elitist" policy, and PSU cost, on average, 19,000 for A FOUR YEAR DEGREE! You can't get a new car for that much!

Not to mention Rutgers offers a worthless education...I have yet to meet a Rutgers political science major who can name the two senators from New Jersey.

Also, yes, I hate the sunny days, so what? Am I saying anyone who hates beautiful overcasts days is nuts? Different strokes...
