Theres nothing wrong with taking care of yourself..but when it becomes your God, it becomes a problem..a serious problem. The point isnt being attractive or going to the gym...Its good to take care of health/hygiene and to be confident. Nothing wrong with that at all! Whats wrong is their negative behavior and just the culture as a whole..the pics are self explanatory. I hope to God you never meet a real Guido.
