Does anyone have any information on the new parking garage being built by the hackensack hospital? I'm looking at condo's in that area and just found this info:

"On Feb. 19, a week before the auction, the borough introduced an ordinance to amend the zoning regulations in the “H” zone (hospital zone) to allow a medical school to operate in conjunction with a hospital.
The ordinance would also allow for multi-level parking garages, a pharmacy, and a childcare center on site. The ordinance will be up for public hearing and adoption on April 22. "
