Default Society Hill, North Brunswick, NJ 08902
A friend is looking to move one of the 2BR condos in society hill (pennsylvania way) in north brunswick, nj to live for couple of years. Does anyone know if he can rent this out to someone after he moves out in couple years?

Also i am not familiar with the area and locale, any crime or transportation hassle he should worry about? how is this from an investment standpoint to rent to potential tenants? easily rentable?
