I have old makeup products that are used and I no longer want them. The NYX powder I have obviously touched my skin since I had to dip my brush in there. I have two liquid makeups that are not used and are not touched in the inside. I have a brush that I have used on my face a couple of times, but will plan on washing it out. I don't want these products to go to waste, so where in North Jersey can I send in used makeup products.
I know you mean well, but no one wants used makeup. It's like asking someone if they want a toothbrush that was only used a couple of times or a pair of underwear you only wore a few times. It's just too personal and gross.

I totally agree, but only the powder and the brush are the products that touched my skin. The liquid foundation and the liquid concealer did not touch my skin since it is in the bottle.
Stores that sell cosmetics discard anything that is a "tester" and or has been opened. Even that just means a broken/damaged seal. Too many liability risks, and as such don't think any place will take your donated goods either.
You can *try* just putting the make-up with other goods and donate to a local thrift or whatever. You'll likely never know if the stuff is put out for sale or rubbished however. Well suppose you could stop by a few days later and see if your donated make-up was put out for sale or something.
Depending upon how high end the stuff is there is also listing on CL, Offerup, and other places.
Finally seek out a charity or something that deals with battered women; they usually are grateful for any sort of supplies/good female wise; from clothing on down.

Charities do not want someone's used, open makeup.
NYX is not high end so toss it...
*just scanned history - so I'm out.
