Yup!
A classic example can be found in Texas, whose State School Board eliminated Thomas Jefferson from the curriculum several years ago, because he was "too liberal".

I wasn't aware of that, I believe Texas wanted to teach "creationism" in schools.

Better to just homeschool them. Privatize education and let parents pay for it whatever way they want to go.

History is history and should never be changed or erased.

"Those who fail to remember history are doomed to repeat it".

Well let's see.... you can either teach this left wing nonsense, or you could have the kiddos learn about personal finance, investments, etc. Which do you think makes more sense? Seems that the government likes having an ignorant population.

This "nonsense" is going to be a chapter in a history book. Public schools are not going to mandate an entire school year class to LGBT(Q) issues.

Personally, I think it’s a good thing bc people of any sexual attraction should be treated with respect. Nobody asks to be attracted to minors.

As long as they don’t sexually assault children, I’m good.
Nobody is disrespecting LGBTQ. Just because mass media has telling you it is, it doesn’t mean it is the truth.

Don't know what this has to do with Trump. Not a fan, but he's not anti-LGBT as far as I can tell. Didn't he attend his buddy's son's big fancy wedding to another guy?
