Panther Valley is nice, I lived there for 2 years in the late 90s. It's a mix of single family homes, townhouses and condos. Very well maintained, it contains a nice private 18 hole golf course, 2 swimming pools and tennis courts. It's very close to Route 80. Here is a link for some home listings.

Panther Valley Realty Inc.

There's a development in Shrewsbury that has a gate house. My peeps there are glad that, so far, the planned gate has not been installed. Their condo is beautiful, the setting is lovely -- feels almost rural (still) and is set back from the main drag, but shopping is still within walking distance.

I haven't seen any young families there, but that doesn't mean there aren't any.
