I am looking for chvy/adrienne22 response.

Cut and dry I was fired from my job at a Nissan dealership for giving my boss back her own medicine. She is a disrespectful twit that kept shoving more work on me and my co-worker. Regardless events transpired I was in the wrong for blowing up and cursing her out after she sent me home with out pay on 4/2/2019..was terminated about an hour later after the incident..filed the claim same day..had interview with unemployment claims that Friday.. I stayed to the story that she was unhappy with my progress on a account schedule sent me home and then was fired, when asked about things I called her I answered "I do not recall" giving no addmission of quilt.
Monday I received the determination letter stating statue 43: 21-5 simple missconduct. "Disqualified from benefits from 3/31/19 through 5/11/19"
At the end of the letter it states "you are disqualified for benefits"
Questions:
1. Should I fight the appeal. I have little to no proof, and while I have had several people reach out from my job with well wishes and shouldn't have happened text no one will come forward on my behalf to testify or write a statement. I don't blame them because it puts a risk on their job.
2. Does this mean I can claim UI benefits after the week of 5/11/19. Or am indefinitely disqualified. The letter is so unclear it make me uncomfortable.
3. And if I do receive benefits is just a penalty in the beginning and I can claim the full amount of my benefits on the back end.
4.Can my employer decide to challenge the simple misconduct and it could be that I would be denied all together.

Thank you in advance for your help and time.
