How about Riverside square mall when they had a big red square for their sign and what was that store... Conrads or something? That used to be where Pottery Barn is now.

I have no clue where Rickle's was, but I remember we got our lawn mower there in like 1985.

My husband and I were out to dinner last night and I had a fond memory of Clare & Coby's at the intersection of 9 & 34 in the Old Bridge area. My parents used to love to go there for special occasions. (I think it's an Outback now.)

Can anyone tell me if they tore down the Jersey Freeze to build the Olive Garden? I hadn't heard anything about it since the end of last year, and I can't seem to find anything recent online...

I was thinking about former haunts on the shore again and I recalled Art Stock's Royal Manor bar on Hwy 35 in Wall Twp. It was one of the best places to go (so I'm told). I was a few years too young to patronize the place before it was shut down. Also recall there was a murder there that scandalized the place.
