I'm just really curious to know what recently happened in the past couple of months that made a sudden influx of people in the Phillipsburg area?

It feels like this happened out of nowhere and wasn't a gradual thing. Did all the lower income people come in from Easton? Somewhere else?

I've lived here 10 years, and last week was the first time I saw the WaWa had 3 registers open. This week I went to Rite Aid, and there was a "Forge Finder" box on the counter that they automatically scanned my $20 through. First time for that, too.

Every place seems so much more packed and zoo like than ever...
What occurred??
