When I finish the bathroom

I redid some wiring last weekend, put it in better, wired up the junction box better (and changed one to the correct type, I'm surprised that one was considered acceptable), did a prelim layout of my shower tiles, now I'm trying to find the right ones. Thankfully, they are a birthday present from my parents (shower only).

Next set would be outside, I'll be siding in May or June, depending on how quickly we can side a friends house (me, my brother, our friend), then we jump on mine. Dining room pics won't be til after that, the month after, as I still need to find a corner curio to match the antique (125yrs old apparently!) cherry dining room table

So soon

I just had my home inspection done 2 weeks ago, I'm really happy with the company we used Homenet Services and Inspections. It is if not the only then the first woman owned Home Inspection company in NJ. The owner no longer does the inspections herself but she does come along to make sure the inspector is doing everything. We paid $425 for the home inspection which included the inspection report, termite testing and the radon test. Then we used her vendor for a septic open pit test which was and additonal $400. We recieved the report the same day it came in a nice binder and also included a home owners maintance manual. The inspector and the owner were both very paitent and explained everything very clearly to us (we ask a million questions about everything) she also stressed the fact that she is full service and we can call her at anytime after the inspection (even two years from now) to go over anything. Her office is in Wayne which is not that far from Morris County 973.600.3665.

BTW, I also called the BBB and Passiac County Consumer Affairs and this company does not have any complaints against it.

Good luck with your inspection!!

If you know the prices please list them with that it includes. Thanks for the help!
Be sure to eliminate any home inspectors that ask you to sign a waiver releasing them from any responsibility should they miss something during the inspection.......MOST ask you to sign a release !!!
