Thank you so much for all your input. Its enormously helpful. Based on the suggestions I"m going to check out Readington and Branchburg. I probably will leave out Hillsborough ( flooding zone).

Please keep suggestions coming as I need as much good info as possible.

A bit of a stretch, given your commute desire, but check out Princeton and West Windsor/Plainsboro school districts, family oriented, fair Asian population and well positioned transportation and retail wise.
