Thank you for all the responses.
Her park sold two years ago and her lot rent nearly doubled.

These people live in RV and travel full-time.

I would love to do that if I could.

I knew a retired couple who loved Disney, and every winter they'd drive their RV to Orlando and get part-time jobs at Disney World (for the free entry) and live in the RV. It sounded fun.

Like most things that were intended to help lower income people, the corporate greed class has figured out a way to scam these people out of their homes:

Wow that was really messed up, especially that last guy Rolfe. He actually comes right out in his seminars and says you can raise the rent as much as possible because the people are hostages and can’t afford to move their mobile homes. Just shameless example of the wealthy taking gross advantage of the poor. And yet people continue to see these wealthy man as benefactors to us somehow which I will never understand. That ass hat probably saves 10 million a year on his taxes under the new tax bill, while the people living on his properties have seen the rent to go up 60%.

There are people who live on RVs, the trouble is that it cost as much as renting an apt here in NJ just to find somewhere to park your RV and make the connection. Say you bought an RV for $90-150k that can house 3-4 people. Monthly costs range from $900-1400 depending on location. Some people just ended up renting and rent driveway to park their RVs. The heating cost of RV is very high.

Trailer park? I'd opt for "No." While the idea may sound appealing because of the apparent low cost of (trailer) home ownership, the real problem is the land upon which your trailer sits and the mobile park itself. You don't own either of those; someone else does, and you're at his or her mercy. Even if you decided to move the trailer to another park you'd spend several thousand dollars.
