Default NJ Town Suggestions

Hello,
I currently work in Secaucus and need suggestions for good towns in New Jersey. I'm looking for a condo, with a balcony if possible, and two bedrooms under 250k and within 30 minutes of Secaucus. I've checked out West Orange and the taxes just seem too high even by NJ standards. Secaucus is nice in my opinion but for the price I'm looking it doesn't look possible.

I'm not sure but you could look in Hackensack on Prospect Ave. There are a lot of new buildings there but I'm not sure how much they go for. There about 20 min from Secaucus.

I suggest you look into Fort Lee. It's about 15-20 minutes from Secaucus. I even found a couple of places you might be interested in. Some are fixer-uppers, but most of them meet all of your requirements.

Fort Lee, NJ, Real Estate Listings and Fort Lee, NJ Condo/Townhouse/Co-Op for Sale - Realtor.com
