In the Somerset county pecking order (best towns in Somerset County) Green Brook is far below both Watchung and Warren. Not by those who live in GB but by the residents of the rest of Somerset county.

I would agree with you that Watchung and Warren are generally above Green Brook in terms of wealth, but I would have to say when I drive through Green Brook, the homes in that area really impress me.

Yeah, you're right. Elementary goes to GB schools, HS is Warren. I kind of don't even pay attention to the elementary years b/c HS is the BIG DEAL from what I have experience with.

Well, since I'm firing my realtor at the end of this month I'm going to list it with a Warren appeal and a GB twp. addy.

I'll disclose everything I know...I just need to get people more interested in this house and I'm thinking the TWP it resides in is holding people back.

Like I said...you're not in GB , you just have the mailing addy (and elementary schools and cheaper taxes...which is a HUGE plus).
