I would have to say it's either AT&T or Verizon. What do you guys think?

I agree, the only difference is how each ones service is in the places that you frequent. At&T works a lot better in my house than verizon does, so I have At&t. I once got an Omnipoint phone (I forgot who they morphed into) and it didn't get service in my office so I returned it.
Bottom line, whomever works best where you go is the company to go with

I have had all of them over the last few years and now have Cingular/At&t and it is the best by far! Verizon shockingly does not even compare and the best part is the Cingular/At&t prices are not that bad as they are right in the middle cost wise.

Verizon. Hubby drives a truck, it works great just about every place except the Port of Bayonne, and while it used to not work at all, it somewhat works now.

We live in the pinelands, pretty reliable down here

I wish more people had AT&T because I'm not charged for mobile to mobile minutes...

I have Sprint and travel all over NJ; surprisingly works great. I had Verizon before and had more dropped calls than Sprint.

I have Verizon. Works well everywhere except at my house....there is actually no service at all on my street. Beat, since then I have to pay for a land line as well.

How long ago did you have Verizon?

When was the last time you had the software upgraded or upgraded your phone? Usually that solves it.

i've been with at&t since 1994 and it's been fine. i get a hefty corporate discount and service is really good. most friends and family are also with at&t so it doesn't cost to call between us. my brother has verizon and needs to stand in one spot in his townhouse to speak, LOL.
