What are some good areas / neighborhoods in Clifton, NJ? (Union: buying a house, safe area)

I’m thinking about buying a house in Clifton, NJ. I saw a house that I really liked in Union Ave. Is that a good / safe area? If not, what are some good / safe neighborhoods? Preferably I would really like some areas that have some shops and restaurants nearby. Thank you!

They're all decent to me.

But the areas closer to Route 3 and Nutley are probably the 'best'.
