I am moving into North Brunswick and commute daily to Manhattan. I am looking for a parking spot in Jersey Avenue Train station. I understand there's a long wait. Any suggestions and/or information on the options is highly appreciated.
I dont know how long the wait is now -- when I got my pass about 3 years ago it took about 5 months. I would suggest calling the New Brunswick Parking authority as they are the ones who run it. Also - there is a daily lot across the street that has plenty of parking - I think its $5/day. Good luck
there are a couple warehouses near Jersey Ave train station that allow commuter parking. they charge anywhere between $50 to $100 per month (with an assigned parking spot) and are within a 5 min walk from the station.
i will let you know if i can find their phone number.
The other option is take the Suburban Transit bus--free parking at the bus station.
