I have lived in Summit for a year and have been familiar with the area for a few. Why is it that Summit has a great in-town opportunity but yet has few if any really good restaurants. It's not about the money as eating out is expensive anywhere in NJ. But why can't Summit attract the new, up and coming restaurants that say Hoboken, or even Westfield can? Please don't bring up Roots, Huntley, or any of the Italian places - good but somewhat tired conceptually.
