Best diner in NJ
Seems like Mr Kovacs has been cracking down on all the guido threads. For that reason, I wanted to start a thread on the best diners in the state of NJ.
I just do not want names, I want location, description as well as what exactly makes <insert place here> the best. I vote for Summit Dinner in Summit, NJ. Excellent food, but also it is kind of place you will find yourself coming back to because you get the sense the people that run this place do actually care about their business. 9.5 out of 10!

Yetters Diner on Rt. 206 / Rt. 15 Intersection - Lafayette, NJ. Best Taylor ham egg & cheese on a soft round roll with French Fries and Gravy I have ever had! Def. a 10! Next would be Townsquare Diner in Wharton... same meal but the gravy is excellent! I give them an 8.

Rustic Mill in Cranford. I haven't been there in a long time but it was pretty much family owned and operated. They had the best cheeseburgers deluxe and chocolate shakes too.
Ummmm... now i'm getting hungry.

I like the Lexington Diner in Clifton. I LOVE disco fries. They're the best!

Meadowlands Diner on Route 17 South in I think Carlstadt
Bergen county diners have been getting more expensive, but this place is still pretty cheap, but good
The Plaza diner, and Red Oak Diner in Fort Lee
The Plaza is on Lemoine, and the red oak is on Linwood
