Also the brownstones and refurbished houses downtown are way more attractive than the condos. I wish they would have done something different than all those highrises, which dont seem to stop until every peice of land is covered. Downtown in a few years is gonna get way to congested.

Let them figure it out themselves. Go to Jersey City, Live there.. Walk around when sun goes down..Go for it...Ignore all the crime states...Keep living in your fantasy world...
